Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at DropTop. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Also, for most cases we will just refund you because it's cheaper for us and maybe in the mean time you find the received product actually likeable
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at your email address with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our return authorization and instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address we provide
- Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Sale or clearance items
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at your email address and send your item to the address we provide.
